wheel question

It has the same general design of the "Challenge" wheel, but the spokes are slightly different... It is not factory.

Definitely not factory. Looking at the lettering on the face makes me believe that it is a cast wheel. At first I was thinking Speedline based on the general style, however, I can't find it. I've been in the wheel industry for quite a while and this is one I haven't seen. I also suspected Tan-ei-sya as well, but again I can't find the wheel. I'll continue to look.
It is on a 360 CS and the owner said it is a factory wheel set
I guess he is wrong.
