tdf360 is infamous around these parts
The 430 has the same coilover system as the 360, and is ride height adjustable just by turning the threaded spring perches to the desired height. The only problem is the spring tension is quite high and many mechs will choose to remove the whole spring/shock unit and compress the springs to allow the spring perch to move more easily.

I stand corrected... your are right they can be adjusted. I hear it is a bear to turn even one rotation and I was told to lower them 25-20mm I would need 6-7 rotations. OUCH!!!!!!!
