Didn't someone on the forum have an option of both wheel at no extra charge? Perhaps your guy can work something out with him

no extra cost, never heard of it. the CS wheel is a $2,203.00 option for 430 when ordering a new car Ti bolts included. however, if u want those wheel after they'll cost u more than 8k bolts not included. those Ti bolts are crazy expensive as well. it'd be pretty hard to come by with someone that doesn't want the CS wheel & didn't spec out his own car.
