Said goodbye to a German and welcomed an Italian

This is car # 103 and it is a good one!

She was welcomed by her roommates...they shared some sushi and bratwurtz...

I had a list of things that I need to get done in order to get her to where I wanted.

1. The car has a lot of carbon fiber inside and out and I am somewhat familiar with that material. I refinished the rear splitter and wanted the "fins" to pop up a bit more so I added a little silver on the inner fins and I think it turned out pretty good.

2. Amber delete - the color amber does not seem to match anything in a red car so I blacked it out...I think it makes her look meaner.

3. The plastic window on the convertible top showed the usual wear and age of a 10 year old car, even though it was always garage kept. I used a "blue power" cleaner that I had used on the past in a few S2000's that I had, and it seemed to work really well. It did the trick. The side windows are tinted so after the cleaning, it was pretty obvious that the plastic window wasn't. I decided to use a "clinger tint" material and it actually turned out great. I also did this to my S2k's and I will take better photos when the weather cooperates and I have her outside.

4. The V1 was hard-wired so now I won't get busted (at least, not so easily) and won't have that chord dangling everywhere. I got to test it with a couple of local prancing horses a couple of nights ago.

5. The car had a couple of spots on clear bra where it showed some scuffing and scratches and all of that is now gone!

Loving it so far. Next is some headers and exhaust.
