IMO, the F430 is way improved in daily driveablity over the 360. The shift program while driving in traffic and around town is greatly improved, as is the overall comfort of the seats and the interior. The stereo system is also an improvement.

But it's the attention factor that is the real problem....not a problem if you don't mind getting approached in every parking lot and everytime you get gas. And unless you take the time to chat with everyone and answer all of their questions, you'll be viewed in less than favorable terms....Unfortunately because of this it's not as practical for running to the mall or to the grocery store...plus you're always wondering if it's ok when it's out of your sight.

I would recommend keeping the 911 Turbo as your true "daily driver." That's what I did. Take the Ferrari out for those special drives and you can even drive it to work once or twice a week if you'd like. I'm not saying don't drive it, I'm just saying the 911 is a bit more pratical for everyday driving, while the Ferrari is more like a great single-malt scotch (for those special occasions and to relish the experience)...

You can't beat the 911 as an "everyday supercar"...

I think driving any sports car daily is stupid. Yes, even the beloved 996TT. The 996TT is stiff riding, small, low to the ground, and it also is not very quiet inside. It's a sports car... Sure you can drive it every day and get away with it, but almost any sedan or luxury coupe would do a better job of daily driving then a 996TT. Driving a F430 daily? If you are asking if the vehicle will handle the wear, yes, if you are asking if it's smart, obviously not. I have seen 360's with 75,000 miles, and it ran strong.

As for daily driving, I vote yet, definetly!
Dude, are you off your meds or has someone hi-jacked your account?
