just asking that question is asking for the quick and dirty way.
In america you can make money pretty much doing anything but u have to be good at it. But looks like u want the quick route, meaning even if u were given a winning formula you would FU*CK UP cuz u will skip some steps to get to ur destination quicker. The most important thing is to work hard and put ur effort in it.
For all you know, everyone over here could not be owning anything. It could be a fantasy car forum and you are asking for facts.
I can tell u one thing is hanging around here you will learn that money isn't everything. some guys have 2-3 million $ collection and yet they are just simple as the guy next door.
