help please

My uncle just got some aftermarket wheels for his 360, when he took off the stock wheels he noticed a pin and a 10mm bolt/nut sticking out next to the lug-holes, what is this for? can we just take it out? I don't have pictures of it, but I'm pretty sure people who has put in aftermarket wheels on their 360s run in to this too. Thanks for your time.

SpeedStateG35C is infamous around these parts
I am not 100% since I cant see what you are talking about. Not sure If this is the case with Ferraris but many manufacturers put on this pin to prevent somone from putting the rear wheels on the front and vice versa.

Taking it off is no big deal.
