I think it's Blu Tour De France.

The color palet for the F430 includes 4 blues (from darkest to lightest)...

Blu Nart
Blu Pozzi
Blu Tour De France
Blu Mirabeau

It's not Mirabeau, and Pozzi just looks too dark to me.

The color of the car itself is really nice, but i don't like the color-matched wheels. IT also doesn't really look like the color you'd see on a Ferrari

wing takes away from the design.
the wheels makes it look like 80ish.
the color is nice though.
