Nice lap in a Ferrari CS at Spa Francorchamps

The sound is unbelievable and the driver isn't taking it easy either.

Only watched the first bit, but that driver didn't take the fastest way around the track... A lot of his lines seemed off (and slow), and he was slow out of the corners. Seems to me like a novice who was willing to pound it in the straights but couldn't take advantage of the car when it got twisty.

it's often hard to tell from a video how fast a car is actually going from an inside camera POV, but this guy is clearly being a ***** around the turns...you can hear the engine hardly working around the corners. too bad, as he had a fairly decent line...

His line isn't bad. And mid corner lifts aren't bad if it is for line correction. But there is no noticeable correction in slip angle. Just means he wasn't letting it hang out in the corners...

I'll see if I can mount a camera in the race car this week. I'll be at 3 tracks in the next 8 days. The only issue will be uploading the video...

Not that Im bashing or that im perfect and could wring 10/10ths out of it ...but that guy A. Is definitely only using 5/10ths of that car and he is braking WAYYYY too early and B. not exploring NEAR the limits of that car around the corners...thenagain, if I was driving something that I spent 200k for and parts were THAT expensive...maybe I would...ehh...screw that...I would be hammering it...haha

Sounds beautiful however!

The sound is so intoxicating! This is one of my favorite cars at the moment.

I don't blame the guy. Actually, I aplaud him. Obviously he knows what he can and can't do. Yea, if I had a car like that I would want to know how to drive it, but who says he isn't learning? At least it's not a "360CS crashed" thread! Ya know?

haha...true...but a CS crashed on the track is way more respectful then one on the streets where some idiot thinks he is all that...

That being said...I dont know if its just me...but...If I ever bought a car that was specified for THAT purpose...I would think that I would WANT to throw the car around a bit more and already have much of the skill required to give it a good 7/10ths...

I just want to see someone put one of these ***** to the WALL style...I guess I can dream eh?

You guys are silly. You want to pick apart some guys driving abilities based on a video? Sheesh. So he doesn't drive his car at 10/10ths, only you care. I bet he gets to take his car home at the end of the day unlike some wise-***.
