Did anyone watch the Veyron/f40 vid. Awesome. To see the speed of the Veyron from the cockpit gives some real feel to it. wow, that car hauls it for sure.
LOve the f40 feel/sound too.

They were using a Dyno Dynamics Load Based Dynomometer in that video. I know this because I'm in the market for one and have direct experience with them. It has the ability to calculate whp and or SAE corrected hp at the crank and is extremely accurate. So, could be flywheel/crank hp. Regardless, that's a healthy engine!

I read that issue of EVO. They said that the previous set of tires lost grip. They changed to a new set of tires and had much better grip on the rollers. I can look at the magazine when I get home and quote them if you wish.
I think the 590.5 was the WHP, and then after you see the whp it auto-corrects and gives the SAE at the Crank which was the 621.5. The car is suppoed to have 620hp so it makes perfect sense.
