Tony Kannan's former 360CS
We believe the stripe is indeed OEM (as it's clearcoated, seen in person), but there is still too much unrest concerning the rear decklid area-- which is the only part that has a reverse stripe.
We don't know if that's a function of a rear end accident or something else, and nobody is fessing up to it. The original owner states that it came from the factory this way, but Ferrari (obviously) won't make a statement taking responsibility; and that's expected because they obviously didn't notice it in the first place!
We'll wait for the perfect time and car.

clearcoat means nothing
Ive seen the stripe in red, white and BLUE
they just applied a few layers of clear to it, and boom smooth as factory
just take the silly stripe off, put another on, and clear it and be done with it

Would you have bought your Lambo if it had been in an accident?
accident is one thing, a stripe is another
and maybe, if it was very minor and the price was right
steal tubular frames dont hold up nearly aswell as unibody
