F430 Coupe Market Prices

Has anyone been offered a new (untitled) F430 Coupe with no wait list?
If so, how much over MSRP?

What is the market price (how much over original MSRP) for a used 2007 coupe or a used 2006 coupe with less than 2500 miles?

New coupes with less than 100 miles being sold as "Used" are trading around $40,000 premium to MSRP. I saw one recently offered by a dealer at $35,000 over but that was an exception.
