We are looking for a partner that can front the cash for some of our real estate deals. We are working on about 10 short sales right now and more to come. We need someone to front the money and be able to sit on it for 1-3 yrs (maybe shorter, maybe longer). At that point we would cash you out. We can work on terms.

We have had some nice deals come across the table but we just don't have the cash to fund them. We are work on a SS right now that the guy paid 300k less than 2 yrs ago and the bank is taking 50k for it. Another is 150k and the bank is taking 40k. Another is 280k and the bank is taking 183k.

So if you know anyone that has money to lend, send them to this thread. We will make you a partner on the deal, name on deed, what ever makes you feel comfortable with the deal.

We prefer someone in the Hillsborough/ Polk county area, or anywhere in FL.
We want you to be able to walk in the property and see what your getting into on every deal.
