Hey Guys,
Just wanted to say how much fun the event was. The last run was pretty ridiculous. First was MTGTS scaring the crap out of me with his brakes giving out, then the last couple of laps with andrew, ron and I running really tight and having an awesome time.

Greetings all. I was there in the silver 996 GT2 in blue group. Wish I had checked this thread earlier to find 6speeders to say hello. Brought car down from TN. I have bunch of in-car video. My second time at Daytona, first time in this car.

I saw that GT2. Very nice! We should have had a 6speed mini meet there
I did see the pics. I have to admit, they're not great... Not to mention very pricey. Most of the motorsport guys charge per CD full of photos. He was trying to sell individual prints. I asked about a CD instead with all the photos on there and he was 50% higher than what I have paid everywhere else, and that did not include all the photos. I had to pick 10.
I am definitely in for next year! Great event. Not to mention it was huge fun stomping on Ferrari's and Lambo's in my little cab
Nick and I have some video too. I have it dumped onto the Mac but haven't had time to edit it down yet. The track wasn't very crowded so there is a lot of footage of me going in circles with no one in front.

PM sent, turned out out was boiling my fluid. I order some Castrol SRF. Should fix that problem

What were you running? That SRF is $$$. I have been running Motul with no problems.

Pretty sure I just put some DOT 4 Prestone in when I did my BBK swap. I have some ducting coming as well. I'm not having that happen again. lol

Pretty sure? That's one of those things you want to be very sure of
Strange that you had brake failure. Daytona is pretty easy on the brakes. There are only a few hard stops and a ton of time for cool down in between them.
