We(one of my tuners and I) were out doing some log data on the mildly modded 09 V I have been playing with for the last few weeks. We needed some WOT pulls for data....so we hopped on a local highway....as I was merging on,...I was about to crack it..then I see this small, black object with HID's blaring(broad daylight-middle of the day).... and I notice it;s coming fast, and that it's a Porsche...I donwshift with the paddles... wait for him to pass... then punch it fractions of a second later.... get on his tail... I notice it is a BLACK GT3....black tint....possible lowered...possibly with wheels. I could not tell other then that.

We were stuck behind a car or two....waited for an opening,...I had to stay behind him.... he sees a spot,..takes it...punches it.... we were ready to POUNCE the moment he went WOT... we did,..and we stayed RIGHT ON HIS ***(within reason-I wasn't tailgating him)... and the little porsche, could NOT pull from the big bad 4 door badillac. As I am in pursuit.... a car ahead made a weird move,..kinda towards the porsche,...so I lifted for a second...allowing the porsche to pull about 20 feet away from me...then I got quickly back in it.... staying with him.... then called it quits,...as some highway wizadry was about to come into effect.... and the last thing I wanted to do was weeve through traffic chasing this thing. If it was my vette,...different story. The caddy EASILY handled the speed... easily handled the G loads and slicing and dicing. Just didn't wanna get any crazier.

I love me that Caddy!! lol That thing is a beast.

Although, the newer gen GT3's are no joke. I've been fortunate enough to drive my very good friend's 997 GT3 (with GT2 mods) at Sebring and those cars are heaven.

 

Hoping the caddy has it's issues worked out from last event. We weren't where the car needed to be that day. But yes, it is a badass ride. I want a 6 speed manual one of these days.

FYI. That GT3...wasn't going anywhere. I haven't driven a Porsche,...in like 5 years so I couldn't tell you bro. They look like fun
