My garage needs a good renovation. I am an engineering student and know how to work CAD software. However, i do not want to take the time to draw my garage from scratch and program everything such as lighting and molding.

Does anyone know of a good house designer that has a decent library of items such as cabinets and lighting. Also, the ability to import things such as AutoCAD items that I draw. I would like to draw thing such as lifts and other tools and import them into my garage.
