That is beyond awesome...norcal has some serious demand for something like that. If only there was some cheap land left with no residential for 25 miles in any direction

Enjoy and keep us posted with lots of photos!

Very nice! Congrats, that is going to be a blast for you guys. I'd love to check it out sometime. I'm hoping to make it to an event there this year with a friend who is a member(although I'm not sure he's even run his car there before).

Are non-members allowed to use the track on certain days for a fee? How does it work?

I believe they are, AMS holds events there occasionally and It's usually $250 a car for an all day event I think.

Various clubs rent half the track, (sometimes all of it), and then sell admission to drive with them. It usually is around $250 / day. And members can bring a guest in to drive for $150 / day.

Heh heh heh, and I have a new racecar to drive too... Heck, I just want to rock the GT3 on the track. This winter is too long and cold!

Nice. We just built something similar to that, but residential...I wish we had a track, but its just a home private garage. 4900sf floor space, 1000sf second floor, with 120 degree outlook into showroom and shop. Its not a square building though, so its pretty unique. All open spans, 54'+.

How far do you guys live from the track though?
