I'm also building a modern design house so I'm really curious to see your design especially for the garage. Can you post some building plans or designs?

Great house. Are you the architect? Just asking since this looks like a design from a good architect friend of mine in San Diego.

No. My architect was PUBLIC. Great guys and amazing to work with.

That looks awesome....houses like that are very rare here.

Everything is super traditional, just like in 1776.

Love the modern house design, my first thought was that your garage would look very similar to the Porsche dealerships... glass and concrete.. to complete the look, you'd need lots of gray tiles and stainless steel.

Garage is looking a bit small! Any plans for a lift? need lots of room for the toys.
How big is the whole house?

the garage is 600 sqf (it's has storage rooms) but yeah the house is not big...3000 sqf. This is a beach house so it's on a smaller lot. Lift is going in for sure.

hilarious yeah.... traded the big ass La Costa house for the smaller modern one. Although this one is costing me twice as much:eek: But it's been a dream of ours to build a modern structure. Basically it's in south Del Mar / Torrey Pines area. Right now it's Golf Heaven here cuz of the US open. Tiger Woods has been holding it down over here. hahah

Amazing! Would love to do something like that someday.

That's one of my favorite area. The Del Mar Terrace. I growing up surfing Torrey Pines. My parents still lives there. NIce house! Who is your architect? I Just built my house 5 yrs ago but in La Jolla. So I surf the scripps now.

La Jolla is great I'm moving my offices there. The architect is Public
