well, If I were you, first I give an order to your collection, the, I give some diferent floor color to make it a good amibient. the make a zone where you can stay comfortable watching TV or only apreciating your car collection.

but for these you need a lot of time and money xD

What is the size exactly? If you give us a rough sketch of the place (seen from above), I'm sure someone can fill it in for you, including washing box, lifts etc.
