Garage finish out question...

Finishing up the garage this week and I'm thinking of "hiding" the speaker wire with conduit. I think it'll look better than just having wire exposed. Thoughts or suggestions from anyone that has done this project?

yep. the house was built in 1964 and had the drywall up already. I'm done with the tape and mud. Texture is going on this afternoon and paint tomorrow or Wed.

do you mean metal tube-style conduit, or "wire mold"? wire mold usually comes in white plastic, but i think most types can be painted. it's a lot more subtle than conduit. this should give you an idea:

that's exactly what I ended up doing. I should have the garage floor done this weekend so I'll try to throw some pics up Sunday
