Above my work bench, I went slightly higher than on the right wall. I wanted to have plenty of clearance above my work area. Here are the measurements:

Wall with bench: 64" from floor to bottom edge of 1st Gear Track. 88" from floor to bottom of 2nd Gear Track. (18" between the top of bottom track to the bottom edge of top track)

Right Wall: 55" from floor to bottom edge of 1st track. 79" from floor to bottom of 2nd track.
