Im going to do this to my garage, just need something that holds up good to oils, gasoline and solvents, and doesn't want to mar with steel wheels(ie: engine stands etc.)

Have not found the product yet, but I fear it may be pricey when I do.

Looks good!

I researched the same question and the strongest/most durable DIY stuff I have found is Armorseal 1k by Sherwin Williams.

Devran by Devoe Coatings is what we used on the shop floor at IA and it was impervious to pretty much everything with the exception of leaving a big puddle of brake clean on the ground over night. I used the rustoleum stuff at home in the garaqe (working garage, not just for parking cars) because I had a couple of sample kits for free, and it held up for about.......6 months......

I made a mistake by applying a few coat of sealer, man its slippery when wet. its pretty good just remember not to apply the sealer coat.A few times I was just finished washing my cars and you have excess water dripping on the surface if not careful you can slip easily, almost felt like an ice skating ring
