Potential CAR Heaven

After viewing this forum - I don't look the same at garages.

Anyways - got this listing for a 1791 farmhouse in Weston, CT and upon going through the property, I stumbled upon this!

7,000 square foot - 29 ft. ceiling old horse BARN!
Thought it would be great if somebody converted it into a garage with NEW age horsepower. Imagine the potential.....
Barn is wired for electricity and water, and ALL original Ironware.
Thought maybe you guys would go crazy for this.

Even an awesome ROOT cellar, previous owners (Dukes) used to store jugs of wine in!

I have to say this is a very amazing property. The barn reminds me of classic novels and movies about rich families and their horses.

That's a lot of history there. As tempting as it would be, I don't think that I could gut the inside for even the most elaborate garage. I'd have to preserve all that old timber and mabye start a livery/tack business. Renting stalls and providing boarding services for the local equestrians. Then I'd use the income from that to fund a great garage for the iron horses. (or should I say carbon fiber?)
