I was tired of having a cluttered and bland garage so I fixed it up. It's a simple setup, but feels just right.

- Built a shed around back to house lawn equipment, engine hoist, etc
- Coated floor with Rustoleum + clear coat (clear coat is a must - I have not had any chips come up in 2 years)
- Installed shelving that wraps around entire garage to get things up off the floor
- Added another flourescent light
- Refrigerator for beer and meat
- Craftsman tool chest
- Work bench from Sam's - saw this last week. Very nice - solid hardwood top to set tools on while working, ball bearing drawers, etc

And of course, my audi on its seemingly permanent resting place - jack stands. Currently replacing about $10 worth of gaskets that seal various leaking coolant lines.

 

Very Nice. Looks like you have a nice tall ceiling too. That's certainly enough room for a lift. Saving that for Stage 2? =)
