12X12 24's made the garage look smaller.

Ruf... Th half brick walls are my favorite part of the garage. I did not want to enclose them as they have a raw look to them. It makes the garage for sure.

Another Ebay Score... A sign collector had one on ebay with a starting bid of $600. I asked him some questions about it and he told me that he had another sign that was in storage but needed some TLC. New transformer, bulbs, metal paint was peeling, etc. He sold it to me for $150 Bulbs are $40 each and they take three. I have not seen one on ebay like it since. If you keep your eyes open you can find some really cool vinatage lit signs. The problem though is most signs are HUGE as they hung on the side of the building or on a tall street front post.

Very nice-I'd be worried with the fountain that you'd attract too many birds to the backyard-I've known people to have bird doo issues in the immediate area of a fountain.

Fountain has been in over a year now. I have to put a few gallons in a week but other then that it's pretty damn nice to have. Birds we get a few Red Robins and sparrows but not many. Bird waste does not seem to be any problem here. Squirrels getting into our bird feeders that is a bigger issue. All and all the fountain is a great addition to the backyard very pleasant. The fountain is right in front of the bedroom window so the window above looks out to that area. It is nice to keep the window open in the summer very soothing.

Great garage layout. When it's close, you think Martha Stewart owns that paid, when it's open, it's almost like a showroom. BEAUTIFUL!
