Looks like a California garage by the tile roof. Putting any windows in the walls of the office, looking out to the cars? Plumb for a future shower?

Yes there will be a window looking out at the cars and it will be plumbed for a shower but the city wont let me put a shower in during construction.

That's odd. Our zoning calculates by the number of bedrooms. A floor drain would be a huge problem for me though, we have our own septic.

The city doesnt want this garage to be used as a second residence so making a full bath is a big no no. It will have floor drains in the garage.

Thats a big garage! It looks like you can drive in one door and turn around and drive out the other.
