I used a 2 part epoxy floor covering. The product was called u coat it. The stuff was ok. I put it down 6yrs ago and it start coming up in spots 2yrs ago. It was very expensive. For a 2 stahl garage it was $1200. The floor was 12 yrs old with paint on it. So I sand blasted the whole thing. Then used muratic acid to wash it then washhed it again. I think why it did not stick well is because the floor had no vapor barrier or insulation. It sweats badly in the summer. My other garage floor is insulated and has plastic under it. I had thought of doing epoxy again or maybe a race deck flooring in my new garage. Not sure yet. I may cut the floor and do a few things before I cover it.

You're much further north than me. I'm near perimeter mall by 400 and 285.
