Out of curiosity, with 40,000 sq feet of garage, how big is the house?

I hear that Markus.

Beautiful setup. I can only aspire to one day have a garage like that, esp one with a hybrid of import and pcar tenants.

Nice garage and collection...I knew that GT2 looked familiar. Unfortunately, I usually only get to see the taillight of Vince’s’ car. I do have to ask why the C6 and the C6 ZO6?

Looks more like a dealership than a garage to me.

Hmmm--wasn't aware of all the posts to this thread, must have become unsubscribed somehow...

Thanks for all the compliments--this house has a very interesting background. It had 10 commercial greenhouses on it when we bought it and the owner gave the deed to the government as part of his plea agreement

Here are answers/responses:

House is 3200 Sq/Ft Rambler + 1300 Sq/Ft MIL Above the larger shop on the other side of the property.

I agree--especially when you have a wine celler in the shop. I only need to put a bathroom in and there would be almost no reason to go into the house, except to sleep

Definitely nice to have some attached garages as much as it rains here in Seattle!

Thanks--The Z06 is an '07 that I purchased in July of last year. Paid through the nose for one of the first '07's out. I lost my enthusiasm for the car after Vincent and I were out for a cruise and I got a ticket doing over 125MPH. It was my first Vette (owned by me personally) and although a cool car, just not for me so have decided to replace with a 996TT. The C6 is a dealership inventory car that I do enjoy driving and try to make sure there is always an extra black/black loaded 6-speed in inventory available

Yes I own VIP; however joined 6-speed for personal reasons and have no interest in exploiting the dealership on here. The QS is a 1998 NonTurbo that the dealership took in and I fell in love with it and decided to keep it for myself. Never thought I'd enjoy driving a non-turbo Supra so much and actually do drive the car quite a bit on sunny days. The top stays off the car permenently.

Well I covered this on the first page of the thread--dealership is located in Seattle, but as the owner I have dubbed myself the official "test driver" of all the nice cars that come in and take the liberty of taking/keeping any of the cars home or helping assist by storing them here

It is Definitely a private residence and one that is going to be for sale. If anyone is intersted, PM me. We are relocating within the next year...

Did you happen to mention this to the doctor your referenced? I got a PM asking about the benefits of tucking this hobby into a dealership, which seemed coincidental... Whether or not he is the person you know, he seems like a cool guy and I provided him with a long list of the benefits...

Thanks. I think he hasn`t internet. He is over 60 years old and live in germany. The last cars he has sold, has he given to a friend who has a dealership so he gets the money and hasn`t a lot of work. Thanks for the offer. I think it is very easy when you have one car to sell it but if you has a lot cars lto sell, ike you it is hard to sell them.

Phenominal setup!!! Do you hand out paper towels to visitors so they can wipe the drool from their mouths?
