Okay. Here are the pics finally. I know I kept putting it off. For some reason I thought it would be clean and organized at some point. Reality set it and it's never gonna be that way. My wife uses it as a dumping ground for things she can't find places for. I still have a few more things to do. Finish the base molding, paint some door trim, hang the big vac, and plumb the sink. Not too shabby though. All the cabinets, work bench, and the tool box came from the Complete Garage. I got the flooring from Sam's. The overhead storage thing is awesome. We keep all the hurricane shutters and suitcases up there out of the way. Note the 8 million MRE's on the cabinet behind it. Sucks waiting for the next big storm. Anyway, it came out pretty good for a house that was built in the late 60's. I figured this would be a good time to take some pics with the car in the shop getting the whale tail.

Whoever can figure out what my wife's unusual talent is from the garage pics (no, it does not involve ping pong *****) gets a shiny nickel

It's either she can unicycle, or she can suck really good.... there are 6 vacuums in sight, I wonder how many are in the house!

Our housekeeper is a little weird with the vacs. She requires several types to get the job done.

I am probably going to toss the yellow vac after I mount the big metal cannister one. It's got a 20 foot hose that will reach all around the garage.

 

You obviously don't know me. I should probably add colors to the vehicles in my sig so it would make more sense

When the car is in how much extra room do you have in front of the car? The depth in pic 1 looks much deeper then my standard 2 car or is that just the cam angle and flooring?

 

It's very deep. I probably have 8 feet in front of the car with it all the way back to the garage door.
