Basically it's a setup where you can have your plate attached to your tow hook mount instead of drilling holes.

Normal price is $84.95 plus shipping (and plus tax for NY residents)

Did you get yours in yet? I'm seriously thinking about getting one as I just got a ticket for no front plate even though my plates was on my dash....

 

I did get one and I like it =) Good quality and good fitment. Yea, I only put it one when I do street parking. Here's a pic!
