Performance - Perfection Redefined. The Porsche 997 GT3/RS is one of the greatest modern day supercars on the road and racetrack. The tried and true Flat-6 power plant has proven itself as a bulletproof platform for modern day endurance race cars. The GT3 is not just a "car" that is driven from point A to point B, but a machine that is often pushed to its limits on twisty mountain roads or on the racetrack. Our ClubSport headers are designed to maximize the potential of the GT3 engine while extracting significant power increases with superior hardware and more precise engine software calibration. Details below illustrate how we transformed this amazing supercar into something even more extraordinary.

Unsurpassed Quality, Fitment, Performance and Sound... Made in Arizona. When we set out to build the finest header system for the Porsche 997 GT3 models, we had a monumental task in order to create something better than what Porsche developed. We determined the shortcomings of the OEM system and made significant improvements to the exhaust flow characteristics. Our design helps equalize each cylinder's exhaust pulses for better exhaust scavenging and consistent exhaust temperatures. Additionally, we paid close attention to the exhaust flow into the catalyst which has recently become a problem with the OEM headers. The flow of the factory exhaust manifolds into the catalyst has caused excessive heat which causes this premature catalyst failure and cracking of the factory header before the catalyst. These issues have been corrected in our header design which helps reduce exhaust restriction and temperatures for increased overall power while improving the header integrity.

Designed to be Versatile. Our modular design allows you to switch between 200cpsi high-flow HJS catalytic converters and test-pipes in a matter of minutes. With V-Band flanges, the swap can take place during your normal track-prep prior to a weekend of turning fuel into exhaust and rubber into smoke. Want to make a statement at Cars and Coffee? Toss in the cat-bypass pipes and make noises that cause hair to stand on end. Want to take your significant other for a cruise? Want to keep your neighbors from calling in a complaint to the HOA? Put the cats back in and return to an auditory level acceptable to even the most discerning Porsche enthusiast.

Variations. Because of their modular design, we have 3 different packages to offer. Version 1 (V1) includes the exhaust manifolds and high-flow cats. Version 2 (V2) includes the exhaust manifolds and test pipes. Version 3 (V3) includes both the high-flow cats and the test pipes.
