That's cool, seeing how you sometimes only get a weekend out of the Cups !!! Drive hard, drive fast, love it.

Good to know, but why adjust down??
I would think they would work best when hot.

I have had them build up psi as much as 7-8# when heated up. They get greasy at that pressure!

playboymd is infamous around these parts
Ok guys , my track results , over 700 miles of street driving , I found they grip great , Today was a track test for me , I found as long as you keep the tire pressure adjusted correct after the heat up they work well , but nothing like cup tires or slicks.

Just got back from a very, very wet day at Lime Rock Park today. The rainfall total for the day will be measured in inches, I'm sure. I just mounted the PSS on my '07 GT3 very recently as a dual-use street/track tire. This was my first run with the PSS on the track. I think they were great in the extreme wet conditions on the track. The car felt stuck to the pavement at all times and I never felt I was anywhere near the limits of these tires, but in the yellow run group, very few people could carry more speed through the corners than I could. And I don't claim to be an expert driver. Even my instructor was really impressed with the tires. When I saw some people spin out and bend some serious sheet metal, I decided I wasn't going to push it any harder.

Next up is Watkins Glen at the end of the month, where hopefully there won't be any rain and I'll get to try the PSS in the dry.
