997 GT3 spoiler lip removale

Got a new black lip, thought the old one would be a breeze to remove, not. I have the new one and see the locking tabs placement. Do we slip something in between the spoiler and the lip, or just pull? Called my dealer, no luck.

2 plastic screws on each end. remove them first. then pull stright from one side to another. it rips right off. easy to pull off u'll be good.
