FWIW, I believe those are "DONZ" Wheels - from SEMA a few years back. Car was owned by rapper Fabolous.

He's a pretty lame kid. this fabolous guy.

But i believe the guy driving it is Whoo Kid, 50' cent's DJ, and most likely the car belongs to 50 cent. but then again, 90% rappers never own anything, they mostly lease or rent.
