there is a huge post on ferrarichat.com about this. my point is track days should be handled like skiing. its dangerous and you accept the risk when you participate. no law suits allowed. maybe exception for drug/alcohol abuse while driving.
on other hand, what would it take for porsche to put esp into their cars? cgt already has tc too. my gt3 should have the same esp that the gt2 will be getting. anyone who thinks theyre 'too skilled' for it can just turn it off.
