Painted Wheels?

Does anyone have a good place they use in the bay area to paint wheels? I want to get my stock GT3 wheels painted black, kinda like the RS wheels.

Also, what is better, paiinting or powder coating?

Go to Wheel Techniques in Santa Clara - talk to Jeff. They've been in business for over 20 years, have done work on lots of my wheels, both repairs and cosmetic. Ask Jeff his opinion on paint versus powdercoat as he's the one who has to deal with happy/unhappy customers after the fact. If you're careful with the wheels, paint gives you more color options - powder tends to be more durable.
