why is there a thump when i backup?

seefouress, yes, the sound was clearly coming from the rear in my GT3. i could feel a slight nudge (movement) from the rear of the car that would accompany the sound (clunk) after i shift to reverse and start to back up into the driveway. have dealer tighten everything, you'll be surprised how many little bolts and nuts are loose and need to be re torqued. goodluck!

eriru is infamous around these parts
all rear suspension and whatever they could see without taking apart anything, told me they checked bolts and nuts to torque specifications, but i doubt it.....
