I pay taxes ... I consider every public road as mine. don't care if it is in Malibu or Miami.

andrew, i will talk to you more about it on thursday.

but regardless, i still feel that ever since a few months ago, RENNLIST blows, even though I have met many a friend on there.

it's kind of like the internet board for POC, if you know what I mean. bunch of old grouches and guys with large objects lodged in their **** cavities.

all public roads are public roads but it takes a wankerlistermeister to fall off them when showing off to his 20 car mob.

uk wanklister passed a truck and "suddenly went sideways" in his evil GT2

every man must take a fork in the road:

one way lies--

wanklister.com

and a free membership to

idoneshowedoffandnowtheyreairliftingmetothehospita l.com

the other way lies --

beinvisible.com and havefunwithoutmakinganassofyourself.com

Ouch, that is a sorry site!
What happened to that one?

Ty, I got my dates mixed up, I won't be there this Thursday sadly, but I'll be at WS with Tim.H 9th, then with Jack at Button Willow 21, and Driving Concepts WS 22.

Have fun, be safe, and enjoy!

To the to be formed Preserve Malibu Roads clan

Watt, Tyson, Mac, Noel, Oak -

Sounds like I am missing all the fun weekend rides (and drama) around my old home; trying to find some alternatives in and around Vegas. Once I do, I fully expect the Malibu Chamber of Commerce to pay a visit to a Malibu alum around Parumph, Red Rock, Lake Mead, etc.

All the best!

Carless in Vegas (but not for long!)

Sorry for ignorance re Todd....

Watt-

Did Todd S. wreck your yellow GT2? Sorry for my ignorance. I spoke to you about the car just before you sold it to Todd. I was never able to unload my 996TT, or else I wouldve bought your GT2 and it would still be one piece ;-)

After the 996TT, I.m moving on to a 996 GT3 Cup and try to find a 3.6 turbo.

Was it Todd?

"Still no memory...of the accident. His thoughts: "Take it to the track"." wow, he got it!

No, it was a kid who neither posts on Rennlist, or is a part of any Pcar group, he just happened to be at the coffee shop taking pix that morning. After we'd had a long coffee meet he decided to follow Noel, myself and a couple cars up the hill.

He was not a fast driver at all, he even pulled over at the bottom of Stunt to let the quicker cars by.

How he went off remains a complete mystery, as this was a slow and careful driver who just wanted to come along and take some pictures. The kid is also a skydiver, and has more metal in his bones than I have in my cutlery draw from all his mishaps doing that. I feel really sorry for him, I'm just happy that neither he nor anyone else was hurt.

This tale has been blown out of all proportion based on someone's unnatural hatred of another web board, and is being used as a sorry stick to beat them with.

I was at the ToW with some of the other regulars when a dumb young stud put his beat up Civic thru the water mains. He was screeching his tires, and driving like an *** trying to impress his girl. Now that is a driver I'd chastise, not this kid in his Audi who was actually trying to be both careful and considerate on the road.

what a drag, used to be a nice sanctuary. another spot ruined. why the need for an army of knuckleheads playing follow the duck? people,............... try and run light and keep a tight lip about this area. loose lips sinks ships. what really get's me twisted is need to blab these areas on the net. OK to show pics but then to show all the road signs and post the streets signs is stupid. It's got to the point of not even being able to enjoy these roads. ever heard of a secret spot?

not trying to argue, but the malibu canyons are and will never be any sort of secret.

It's like people saying don't mention the street racing spots on the net. The cops already know where they are, you mentioning it isn't changing that.

Indeed, I thought he was just asking if it was Todd, and I answered him.

Now let us discuss vitriol......

vitriol
n 1: (H2SO4) a highly corrosive acid made from sulfur dioxide; widely used in the chemical industry [syn: oil of vitriol, sulfuric acid, sulphuric acid] 2: the expression of bitter deep-seated ill will; rancor.

Couldn't be further from the truth, infact the only reason I visit sixwhatsitsonline is because I enjoy your humorus and usually rascally posts. If I go to pen because I disagree with a point you make it is because this is a 'forum' and the debate is always an interesting distraction!

Now, if we are to discuss vitriol as an accusation I feel confident on resting my case for vitrol flowing from another's keyboard on just one piece of evidence alone, 'wanklisters'.

Watt, you gotta be able to joust a little on these boards, and you have the wit to know and play. I just happen to think you're off about that kid, and I'm not affraid to state my pov. Doesn't mean I don't enjoy your wicked ways!
