Can you supercharge a GT3?

AND YOUR A SPONSOR????
Maybe he doesn't want the extra weight of the turbo, and likes the GT3 suspension?
It's a hell of an idea, and shouldn't be a problem at all.
It's your money and your machine. Do what makes you feel the most alive and enjoy the ride. Everthing is possible with the proper technology and financial backing. Just do it and be a trend setter!!
I love normally aspirated, high-revving, free-spinning engines. But honestly, I've had such a great experience with my EVOMS supercharger on my 997S, that supercharging it is the first thing I would do if I got a GT3 or GT3RS. I can't think of any reason not to. It's just free power.
And of all the boards in the world for people to be arguing against a mod that gives you more power . . .

sure, you can do anything, but it's a matter of how much you want to spend. i agree with the others that it would be easier and more cost effective to buy a turbo. i also think the gt3 is pretty darn good the way it is.
that said, to answer your question, since there are 3.6 & 3.8 carrera's out there with evo supercharger kits i'd imagine the brackets and parts are very similar, if not the same for the gt3's 3.6 motor. the vortech head units used in the evo kits are bullet proof, so it should last forever. in fact you could argue that the parts in the gt3 are a better base for a project like this than what's spinning in the base 997 3.6 and 3.8 motors. my guess would be that the regular 3.6 997 evo kit should bolt on easily, or worst case, bolt onto the gt3 motor with only a few tweaks. it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
then it's simply a matter of tuning. you might have to pull the pistons and add some custom ones to lower the compression. but if you have the money, that's not a big deal either, just open it, pull out the slugs and slap it back together.
i imagine you'll also have to take a look at the injectors / fuel system. but a good tuner would be able to pull this off no problem, it's really not that big of a deal, it's just going to be expensive. i'd speak with evo and sharkwerks and see what they have to say.
personally i wouldn't do it, but i do think the car would be a blast to drive because you're keeping the basic "personality" of the gt3 but at the same time making it much quicker than a stock turbo. oh yea, and your warranty is going to be toast.

Hey friends! Thanks everybody for your comments both favoring an not the idea of such task, it will be very good that some of the professional tuners in this community can come in with their opinions and if this is possible in a safe way preserving the engine and with an estimation of what kind of power could come out of this... As for buying a turbo, it is not the case for me as I personally dont like turbo engines.....

No major tuners that I am aware of have created an SC kit for the gt-3 primarily because of the limited market for it. There are tremendous costs associated with designing and tuning an SC kit for a specific motor and the costs incurred by a tuner for the R&D, programming, tuning, testing, etc are spread out over the expected sales of the kit. I am willing to bet that a significant chunk of the 10-12k cost of each 997 SC kit are R&D costs. If you were to do a one-off SC, it seems to me that the associated costs for all this would be prohibitive for most gt-3 owners, unless the tuner was willing to subsidize the R&D in order to attempt to sell the kit to other gt-3 owners.
The first one would also be a guinea pig, too. Not too many are willing to risk their motor as a guinea pig, I would imagine.

simply put, high compression + forced induction = detonation
theoretically you could do it, but ensure that you only run very very low boost pressures. either that OR replace engine internals with lower comp pistons. both of these options require $$$$/time and will yield relatively low hp gains.
