Carrera GT engine vibration

Has anyone taken delivery of or driven a Carrera GT and noticed an engine vibration that comes in rather obviously around 2800-2900 RPM? I won't know if this is a result of solid mounting of the V10 or a problem with this particular engine. Anybody?

MetalSolid is infamous around these parts

According to the magazines this is normal, which I believe they attributed to the clutch.
