Random thread, yes. I just want to get a feel for how the 997 GT3s have sold. Please convert what you paid over into approximate equivalent US/CND funds.

I've heard all this talk about 3's being extremely hard to get @ MSRP, so I wanted to quantify this.

 

this is an interesting poll. would be interesting to see one for rs also.

 

unless you got an allocation and waited months... mostly you paid some type of markup. i paid $2k markup and luving every minute of it

 

I believe we'd get a statistically less significant result w/ the GT3RS, as I do believe there are less RS than 3s on 6speed.

Yeah I thought the poll might be interesting. I hope I don't make it seem too personal. If someone isn't comfortable discussion this sort of financial info, you can just vote and not reply. It seems like a few went that route.

Seems to me the majority is concentrated in the MSRP-10000+ range. Someone seems to have payed 30K over! Must have really wanted it!
