Most likely the reason for your carbon fiber yellowing is due to engine heat and the resin the part is made is a low grade low temp resin.

if you look closely at the CGT's you see "spots" it's not all uniformed

I saw an F40 it these conditions and it's awesome

If i had that F40, the yellowing carbon fiber wouldnt bother me at all!

Doesn't heat play a role in yellowing too, not just sunlight.
