pardon my ignorance, and i dont want this to sound like an attack or anything, but what is the CTR3 built off of? or is it a totally custom build from scratch kind of car?

 

No worries ... it was new to all us at one time. RUF builds the CTR3 from various Porsche model bits (911 front end (to the A-pillar), Cayman tail lights, etc.), but it is a vehicle of its own. Not a 911, not a Cayman ... a RUF CTR3.

Here are the specs from RAC in Dallas.
