I have a cousin who is interested in this car. The price seems too good to be true... does anyone know anything about this particular gt3? thoughts? opinions?

I dont know about THIS one however 50,000 miles is as much as I have seen on a used 996 GT3. That doesnt mean anything but Typically I see them in the 10-20K miles.
This one has PCCBs so (even without PCCBs) a PPI would be a MUST. Take it to a independent shop and get it checked out. I would be interested in a compression leak down with that many miles. thats a 600 dollar tab but it would be worth it.

 

With PCCBs, it might be time for a brake job, which could be pretty expensive.
