Question: On that other board that you frequent; the one with the 5 star ratings for bling, power, and whatever else. You list your slightly modified GT3 (with another 20 hp or so) to have a top speed of 205 mph under your bragging rights column. Did I misread that or did you mistype that? Your GT3 does not do 205 unless you added at least another 100 hp bare minimum. If it really does make another 20 ro so hp, then your top speed is maybe 194 or 195 if you are lucky.

my GT3 gained 12hp and 15lbs of tq in the midrange with A.W.E.'s full exhaust system.

Here is a video of a presumably stock 997 GT3 hitting 332km or 205mph. If the GT3 can do that, then the GT2 must be even faster than Porsche quotes it at..

I don't care, but you have a link to it and I found the site very interesting. As for my comment, it is based on experience; however, instead of taking it negatively, maybe I was asking because you know something that I don't, or you updated your top speed but forgot to update some other mod that you may have done to the car.

And see, now I have some more information since you sent me that link. I have to ask because if I can make mine go 205, that would be nice.

I will make one "enthusiast" comment though, and take it for what it is worth. I think that your estimates on the 0-60 and quarter mile and whatever else were just fine and good estimates based on the power increase of your GT3 (they are probably close for a stock one also). But that is acceleration. Top speed is totally different; it definetely is not linear and takes more and more hp to make the same incremental gains. And a 3% increase in power is not a whole lot.

btw, I think you made excellent choices for your cars and the colors and options. You also picked some nice quality aftermarket parts. I will enjoy my GT3 and I hope you enjoy your two GT cars also.
