Just saw these on ebay.

Do you think Porsche would care if ppl copied their products like this?

 

I don't like how the center cushion is squared off. Replicas must be a certain % different from an original to be protected from lawsuits so that's where the change is.

 

it doesnt look bad.. but i'd rather have the real deal

 

the real ones are worth the $$. i am loving mine! =D

 

it's not bad. the top section of the inserts look a little weird but ones you're seated, you'll look ballerish like they were $12k seats. bet they will hold up just the same as the oem...or maybe not. i don't see any mention of how much it weighs.

 

btw, is that $1800 for the pair or each?

 

Here is what my wife would say(Not that you want my wife feedback). She would say your driving a $130,000 car. Put the 12K dollar seats in it. I do love her.....

those look identical to the other replicas. note the square centers vs the round centers on the oem.

 

That's such a crazy price for a pair of CF seats and seat mounts.

 

If only they make it round in the middle and in alcantara, I might consider it.

 

Those seats scare me. It feels like you don't know what you are going to get.
Are they really true carbon fiber shells?

I picked up a set of 996 GT3 'custom oem Grey' seats (on eBay).
They have "PFModify" stitchings on top & came wrapped in "ppl" plastic bags.
Anyone knows who "PFModify" & "PPL' is?
