Actually I preferred it as its more fun not having any grip and sliding the thing around. I'v raced for many years now including Radicals and last year a Dodge Viper Competition Coupe GT3 in the British GT championship so a road car on a track day is just an excuse to loon around and that inevitably means a shagged set of tyres in a day.... After a slick shod racecar any road car feels soft so the wet is more fun and cheaper on tyres!

Great video! sliding around on the wet track looks like a blast! Everyone, except the person in the Black M3 looked like they had things under control.

Well most people there were at least 2 cars off at the top of Eau Rouge including a 996 GT3 and a few others here and there but nothing too serious. Its the best track...

I can't wait to do SPA and Monza next year. I agree with your comments about the rain. It is a ball and less stress on the car.

Excellent vid...

Sorry for the OT, but how much does it coast to take the train from UK? How long does it take and where do you end up?

Its £50+ and you end up in Calais. Its the best way to cross the channel as it only takes 20minutes.

Very nice movie!

Spa is indeed one of the best tracks out there. And since I live in Belgium, it's an easy choice for me

Bookatrack (http://bookatrack.com/) is having an open pitlane event 21/22 of March @ Spa. See you there?

enjoyed the video. love the idea o being able to take the train from UK to Spa or the other great circuits. i have to believe taking your own car to the race at Le Mans is more then half the fun!
