Help me create a modification route map for my bone stock GT3
But that's the Q - what's "better"?
Not only is the car hard to improve, but the marginal gains/$ diminish.
I would say lightweight wheels are a good "value" - look nicer, and save important weight. SharkWerks Power Package is up there also (BMC filter, EVO software, Muffler bypass), and the RS flywheel/clutch.
That will add some decent power, shed some nice weight, and make it more lively.

Sorry for not reading through 3 pages, but here's the low down...
Exhaust, don't bother, you won't pick up any performance, but you might lose a few lbs. Car is plenty loud enough now - can hear it fine on the track with my helmet on and can be quiet around town.
ECU - one of the few things I did to optimize for my use. Softronic.
Intake - no change. I'll never put an oiled filter into one of my cars again.
Brakes are fantastic. What run group are you? Can better assist on pad choice. I'd say the stock pads are actually great and will serve up to say Advanced. Had a mix-up on receiving my Pagid yellow 29s and OEM worked fairly well for most of a 2-day DE with 2 drivers (me in Black, son in Yellow).
Porsche OEM brake lines are superior, especially on the GT3. Never a need to change them.
Only switch flywheel if you want to void the warranty. This has been published here, elsewhere on the web, through the dealership network, etc.
Suspension is also fine unless you are planning to race competitively. Otherwise, just get the alignment tweaked to your personal track needs.
Motor mounts only if racing and really want a harsher ride and treatment of all systems.
Admittedly, I'm pushing back a bit on what some people are probably suggesting. The GT3 really is an extremely well sorted car as it comes from the factory. Trick alignment, SRF fluid, Pagid Yellows, and track tires on lightweight 18s will make this stock car simply amazing on the track. If only a street car, then you need absolutely nothing.
Good luck!
Ron
