Carmine is getting a sequential trans

I pulled the trigger on a custom geared Holinger Sequential for Carmine.

Yes, but flat on up shifts. The biggest improvement comes from efficiency, being able to hit the correct gear, with confidence lap after lap.

$30k for a set of gears? You gotta be kidding. For that money, I would have bought the new RSR sequential transverse gearbox.
