'08 RS Price
Here's the link of the RS I was speaking of.

Probably the nicest one available.
This guy also has an equally pristine '04 GT3 for sale that I was looking at but I ended up buying something in the "middle" of these two cars.
Good luck.
Steve
Good luck!
08 rs
Will be interesting to see since if they make a new rs the new motor will not be an engine used in porsche race cars like the current rs motors are. My opinion says current RS cars are worth more not less when and if the next RS hits. Newer is often but not always better. Clearly I own several 2008 RS cars so I am biased but thats my view, only time will tell.
They can only go down. The 3.8 plus the improvements underneath the car are going to make it a tough choice, but we're talking about a depreciating asset, right?
agreed 100%. i remember the hoopla for the 996s. in retrospect, the 993s, for some, are still the best porsche has ever produced, keeping their value tremendously well. the 996s , while technically a great car, hvaent kept values.
you know my opinion, i've had a few decent performance cars old and new...the 997GT3RS is my favorite driving machine of all time. At current pricing, i think it just might be the most fun, most exciting, best performance car you can get for the money.
where and when they turn on the depreciation curve, who knows. but they should. they have the looks and performance. and they are beloved.
loved much by anyone who's owned one.
it starts there.

This White/Orange (Far more rare) with a $160k sticker (+Euro seats, Euro rear bumper) sold for $20k under w/ ~827 miles....and that was a few months ago.

...The days of making money on these cars are over. (Well, for now at least)

While I prefer the solid Carrara White, it's really not that bad, it's a nice throw-back to the real RSes...
